We have a lovely home located north of Atlanta in a country club community
surrounded by a beautifully landscaped golf course. One of the nicest
features of the home is six external decks and porches totaling almost 1800
square feet.
The first floor of the house is 'loft style' meaning open with out
dividing walls. The floors are mexican tile and wide plank
wood, with a stone fireplace in the living room area. The
first floor is surrounded by windows on all sides providing a wonderful
view of the golf course and landscaping. Tinted, reflective glass
on the windows provide an exceptional view while preventing anyone outside from
seeing in.
The second floor has a bedroom or guest room with full bath,
a second bedroom or office, and the master suite. The master suite has two large walkin
closets, a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub bath. The suite is large -
22 by 22 feet with cathedral ceilings, and a reading/sitting area by the windows and
bookcase.
The master suite opens to a large enclosed solarium with
a six person hot tub. There is also an open deck off the rear of
the house over looking the 1st tee which we use for sunbathing or
reading.
